Terms of Service
1. The service
Zombie Dorm: Lights Out ("the game") is a mobile survival game provided by an individual developer ("we"). By playing the game or using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You may play with a guest account tied to your device. You are responsible for your device and for keeping linked email credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time; deletion is irreversible.
3. Fair play
The game uses server-side verification for ranked matches. You agree not to cheat, use third-party tools to manipulate matches or results, exploit bugs for advantage, or interfere with the service. Violations may result in rating resets or account termination.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases (starter pack, monthly card, season pass, growth fund and similar) are sold through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment; we only receive an order confirmation to grant the items. Consumable items are granted once per verified purchase. Refunds and payment disputes follow Google Play's policies.
5. Virtual items
In-game currency and items are a limited license, have no cash value, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game.
6. Ads
The game contains no interstitial or banner ads. Rewarded video ads (always optional) are served by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's advertising policies.
7. Availability
The game is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including during development and testing periods. Planned features on this website may change before release.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its art, code and this website are original works owned by the developer. All rights reserved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost game progress resulting from service interruption.
